Health Guidelines

Many childhood illnesses are contagious before they are recognized or diagnosed.  Thus, we ask that your child be kept at home
at the first sign of illness so that fewer children are exposed.  Please keep your child at home if you notice the following symptoms:

General signs of "not feeling well"
Fever - anything over 38 C or 100 F
Headache or earache
Nausea or vomiting
Sore or scratchy throat
Red, watery eyes
Swollen neck glands
Tight, dry cough
Watery nasal discharge
Draining infections

Children and adults with the above mentioned symptoms should stay out of class until symptom-free for 24 hours
or until given doctor's permission to return to school or other activities.
